For withdrawals using International Wire Transfer, please fill in the following details in our payout request form:

• Amount you wish to withdraw
• Bank account holder
• Account number
• ABA/Sort code
• Beneficiary bank name
• Country of the bank

Please note that bank wires are only processed on banking days.

Payouts via Wire Transfer may take up to 10 working days.

A fee of $55.00 will be charged for each payout. Please note that fees may be charged by both or either receiving and intermediary banks, for which we are not liable!

If you funded your account via Click2Pay, EcoCard, Moneybookers, Neteller, UseMyWallet or Instadebit your winnings will be paid out using the same payment option. If you have chosen another funding option, you can receive your winnings through any payout option we offer. For your own safety, we require verification documents to be on file before any payout can be processed.
