1. General terms and conditions
1.1 Slotastic (further referred to as ‘the Casino’) is operated and owned by Orange Consultants Ltd., registered by the government of the British Virgin Islands.
1.2 Slotastic is restricted to persons of legal age. It is the individual responsibility of each player to make sure that the use of Slotastic and its games does not violate the law of his personal jurisdiction. 1.3 Only one account per person/household/IP email address is allowed if not otherwise granted by Slotastic. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account and all winnings will be annulled for players holding more than one active account.
1.4 Slotastic will not be held liable for any claims resulting from shared, forwarded or lost account details (username and/or password). Players are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information strictly confidential.
1.5 Members of Slotastic are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any winnings or prizes.
1.6 By using the Slotastic software, players agree to be bound by the following:
All players shall hold the corporation, its directors, officers, employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising-, promotion- or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of a player's
a) entry, use, or reuse of the website,
b) use of any materials on the website,
c) entry, use, or reuse of the Casino server,
d) participation in a game, or
e) the acceptance of any prize.
1.7 Players may not participate in the games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website or the Casino, nor accept any prize if the terms and conditions/rules/regulations stated here have not been fully understood and agreed to. Players shall, without exception, abide by all the terms and conditions/rules/regulations and are solely responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions/rules/regulations posted on this website as they may change from time to time.
1.8 All casino games are monitored by Slotastic at all times. Slotastic has the ability to review each hand/wager/spin for each player.
1.9 If the player becomes disconnected from the Casino's server mid-game, the player will be able to continue and complete that game exactly as if the player had never left. It is the player’s own responsibility to log back into the game.
1.10 Any losses and winnings in Slotastic are in real money. Playing for fun only is possible by logging into the account with the “fun mode” selected.
1.11. Every effort is made by Slotastic to ensure the full protection of its customers. However, certain unforeseen events are beyond the control of Slotastic. In the event of a disconnection between the player and the casino, for whatever reason, Slotastic shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disconnection. The balance of a player’s account shall at all times be as recorded on the Slotastic Online Casino games server.
1.12 Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Slotastic will not report the wagering history of any member.
1.13 In case of any irregularity, all disputes have to be reported to Slotastic by e-mail within 60 minutes of the disputed event.
1.14 Slotastic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add new activities or games to the Casino or to discontinue any Casino activity or game at any time without notification.
1.15 Slotastic reserves the right to modify any rules or cancel promotions at its discretion.
1.16 By accepting any winnings or prizes from Casino, players agree to the use of their name and photograph for advertising purposes without any additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
1.17 Payouts will, without exception, be audited before being processed. A proof of identity, address, copy of credit card and/or any other documentation are necessary to withdraw funds. The proof of identity must match the registered name and surname. If a player fails to provide this within 4 weeks of our request, his account may be locked and winnings and/or payouts made, voided. In cases of fraudulent documentation, accounts are locked and all winnings and/or payouts will be voided immediately and without exception.
1.18 All withdrawals will be sent back to the processor by which deposits were made if possible.
1.19 If a deposit has not been turned over at least once before a payout is requested, an administration fee of 15% will be charged and deducted from the account.
1.20 The casino reserves the right to withhold or segment payouts for review if at their sole discretion they suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account.
1.21 Slotastic reserves the right to withhold any payment and/or play from any party deemed as fraudulent by Slotastic. Slotastic may charge service fees to any account for services rendered to any fraudulent account.
1.22 Slotastic reserves the right to close a player’s account at any time without notice. Any balance in such accounts will be immediately credited back to the personal bank account or other payment processor. In addition, Slotastic reserves the discretional right to void any winnings and withhold any balance in any account under the following circumstances:
a) If it is assumed that a player has more than one active account.
b) If the name on the credit card(s) used for deposits does not match the account holder’s name.
c) If the name of the Slotastic account holder does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit.
d) If a player provides incorrect or misleading registration information.
e) If a player is not of legal age.
f) If a player is a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of Slotastic and its games is prohibited by law.
g) If a player takes advantage of any promotional offer and cashes-in before fulfilling the wagering requirements of that particular promotion.
h) If a player has permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) anyone else to play using his casino account.
i) If a player has not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only, but played in a professional sense or together with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.
j) If a player has reversed or charged back any of his deposits to his casino account.
k) If a player is found cheating or if it is determined by Slotastic that he has used a system or machine, be it an additional computer, additional software or otherwise, to play games. Also any system used to circumvent the natural randomness of Slotastic’s systems and or collection of data to or from the gaming server for analysis purposes during real money play.
1.23 Players are reminded to print a copy of all rules, transaction data, payment methods and cancellation/refund methods in order to avoid misconceptions at a later time.
1.24 Slotastic reserves the right to make the final decision on payment methods. Slotastic may decide what constitutes a qualified transaction on an individual transaction basis. Players agree that they may not make claims to entitlement at any time.
1.25 Residents of the countries/regions/states mentioned below are not allowed to open/hold an account at the Casino.

2. Promotional Terms and Conditions:
2.1 Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per account, customer, household, shared computer, shared IP address is given per promotional offer.
2.2 New accounts/new customers are defined as accounts that are opened by new players who have never at any stage opened an account at Slotastic before.
2.3 Bonuses referring to new accounts/new customers are bonuses on a player’s first-ever deposit into his Slotastic account.
2.4 Slotastic may run different promotions for new accounts/new customers at any time. Only one such offer can be redeemed per new account/customer at any one time.
Slotastic reserves the right to terminate/change any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined, unless otherwise stated.
2.5 Slotastic reserves the right to request further documentation and/or withhold bonus amounts.
2.6 To receive bonuses, accounts must have a valid e-mail address and telephone number.
2.7 Wagering requirements for deposit bonuses are 30 times the sum of the deposit and the bonus before funds can be withdrawn. Non-deposit bonuses have to be wagered 60 times.
2.8 Unless otherwise stated, only Slots count towards the wagering requirements for any bonus (deposit or non-deposit).
Wagers on games not mentioned in the list above (or stated in a specific promotion) before the play-through requirements have been fulfilled, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.
2.9 Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a non-deposit bonus, loyalty bonus, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash-out of five (5) times the bonus given: e.g. $50 given; max cash-out = $250 (also including Random Jackpots).
2.10 Non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be promotion abuse and as such will give Slotastic management the discretionary right to take action against such abusers. This may result in the following: balances/payouts being considered null and void. Abusing player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect. Players may be precluded from receiving further promotional offers.
2.11 Bonuses are made available on a regular basis at Slotastic. These are offered as a reward to all our regular and loyal/VIP players. However, any player found not to be availing of these promotions in the spirit in which they are given, may be subject to exclusion. All promotional offers are for a limited period only and may be stopped at any time.
